Personality: Frank takes his position at the Ministry very seriously considering he acquired it without so much as a hint of patronage. Being an Auror, Frank has always been meticulously attentive to detail to the point where he borders on obsessive compulsive. He's fiercely loyal and apt to do good, but can sometimes be blinded by his own feelings or a sense of instinct he calls his "humors."
Usually his humors are right-- but not always. Frank is, admittedly, rather strange. He's not exactly a daring individual, but he's willing to take great risks if it means solving the case or saving a life. It must be remembered though, that Frank is no crewcut prefect in a Quidditch sweater. In fact, Frank has never liked Quidditch because the rushing air throws off his humors.
